**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

We are pleased to report that Lorin is healthy, well and able to continue treating patients, unless further government and health regulations change in the future. To protect our patients and therapists, and prevent the spread of Covid-19 we have implemented the following strict procedureswhich must be agreed to before booking.

Please do not come to the clinic if you have travelled overseas in the past 14 days. You must remain at home in isolation!
If you are feeling unwell, sore throat, runny nose, fever or flu like symptoms, you must stay home and reschedule your appointment once your doctor has given the all clear.
If you have come in contact with any person who has contracted the Coronavirus, do not come to the clinic. Remain home for 14 days isolation, before rescheduling your remedial massage appointment.
All patients are required to use hand sanitiser (provided) upon entry and departure from the clinic.
We continue to regularly sanitise and disinfect all common areas and surfaces and enforce strict hand-washing and hygiene practices amongst staff and practitioners between each patient.
Following a thorough disinfection of the treatment table, our standard practice of providing fresh, professionally cleaned and laundered towels and pillow cases, along with new paper napkins for every patient, will be continued.
Please note: no fitted terry-towelling table cover is used or left on our treatment tables, head rests and arm rests, so that all upholstered surfaces can be properly cleaned and sanitised after each patient.
In order to comply with government social distancing regulations of one person per 4m2 we prefer that the person being treated come alone and not with friends or other family members, unless a parent is accompanying a minor receiving treatment, or an adult requiring disability assistance getting to and from their treatment.
A maximum of 3 patients is permitted to be seated in the common waiting area. Please wait outside under cover if numbers exceed 3, and do not enter until another patient exits the clinic.

These are challenging times for everyone, but together we will get through it. Please stay safe, follow advice from the government and health authorities and look out for each other. We look forward to continuing our service to the community and providing you with essential remedial therapy care and treatment.

If there is any way that we can support you during this time please do reach out.

Take care, from Lorin and all of our team at Advanced Remedial Therapy
